When making your appointment explain your situation and service you would like to receive before you leave home as you would do with a regular appointment. If during the call it is established you need external help please mention your estimated time of arrival so we can prepare.

Home Pickup and Delivery:
If you do not feel safe travelling from your home to our clinic we can arrange a visit to your home. Our team has safety measures in place and will keep a distance at all times.
Practically it works this way:
When the team member arrives they will call you and ask you to leave your device outside so we can see it. You go back inside and our team member will disinfect and pick up your device. Any instructions can be discussed over the phone or at a safe distance face to face.

Courier delivery:
Courier delivery is a good option for items we already have in our clinic. The team can send basically any spare part you may need. Also repairs are possible this way if you are unable to travel. There is a small extra cost for postage and handling as courier costs and also our team need to be paid.
