We are confident we can “fix” your hearing, however, we know sometimes circumstances can change. If you need to return your new devices or/and accessories, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange. Requests received after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. Products must be returned in good condition similar to how they were received. Please note damaged products will not be accepted.
Hearing aids must be paid in full on the day of fitting unless otherwise agreed with the clinic as a payment plan, and are inclusive of any necessary audiology services. If a refund is requested and accepted, the total amount paid for the products will be refunded minus the cost of services provided (if applicable). Services include hearing tests, consultations, audiology prescriptions, trials and fittings.
