10 years ago, our ver first client, Natalie Taylor stepped into our Indooroopilly clinic and she is still a very happy Falls of Sound customer. This is what she says about us after her ten years hearing aid experience;
I enjoy wearing my hearing aides. I am still working full time as a librarian, providing all services including singing, talking, teaching, to all ages of library patrons. Most don’t realise I am wearing aides. I have chestnut coloured ( matching my hair) over the ears type. I can hear people talking behind my back as well as the range for hearing approaching vehicles etc.
The service from Falls of Sounds is second to none. Courteous, professional, patient and current with the latest technology. I am very satisfied with the Audiologists at Falls of Sound.
P.S. I have not experienced any more loss since first receiving my aides.
