What do other active team members say about Falls of Sound?
Trestan McMillan, Audiologist.

“Falls of Sound is an amazing company for which to work. Working for a small independent practice grants you the freedom to practice in the way that best suits you as a clinician. If you haven’t worked for an independent before, it can be daunting to learn all of the hearing aid brands, but you’ll find that being able to offer every brand for the client gives you flexibility in service that the bigger companies cannot match.

The team you will be working with are all extremely supportive. Working with a large company often means more red tape when trying to get things done, whereas in Falls of Sound, Katia is a simple phone call away. Katia is an absolute pleasure to work for and is extremely supportive of every member of the Falls of Sound team. If something is not working well for you it can often be solved very quickly.

The previous company I worked for prioritised the quantity of clients over the quality of the hearing care. This is absolutely not the case with Falls of Sound. The care of the client absolutely takes priority over everything else and the very atmosphere in the Falls of Sound clinics is much friendlier than that of many other companies.

I absolutely love my experience working for Falls of Sound, and I’m sure you will too!”
