It is always a thrill to be recognized and rewarded for your hard work, but when that recognition comes from your peers it really means something special. It means that the people who share your struggles, understand your trials and face the same issues that you do, on a daily basis, acknowledge that you are doing things right.
Representatives from Falls of Sound recently attended a gathering of over two hundred entrepreneurs that, just like us, work hard every day to build their businesses on the soundest of all principles, customer service.
What made this event so special for us is that at the black-tie awards banquet that followed our two days of training seminars, the Team Falls of Sound, received an award for the fastest growing business in the group, called the “Rocked Award”.
While this award tells our fellow entrepreneurs that we are doing a good job of taking care of business, it tells me that our people are doing an excellent job of taking care of our clients.
Well done Team, thank you for standing by our side and helping us in our quest of helping people hear better, one ear at a time. It is only through your continued efforts that we have found the success that we now enjoy and can hope to continue to grow.
